I was just looking over my Google Analytics page and noticed that there are a number of people coming here looking for wiring and schematics help/info for their Bill Lawrence Pickups, so, here are some links to sites that I have found helpful:

This wiring scheme employs two humbucking pickups on a 4-pole 5-way switch with these options:

#1 Bridge Humbucker
#2 Outer Coil of each pickup in Parallel
#3 Both Humbuckers
#4 Inner Coil of each pickup in Parallel
#5 Neck Humbucker

I'm personally not a fan of separate "coil tap" mini switches, and one of my favourite sounds is the second position on a strat which is emulated nicely here also in postion #2. I read somewhere that position #4 captures a tele type sound, but I wouldn't know, I've always been more of a Gibson dual humbucker kinda guy ;)

I think it would be cool to put a blend pot between each pickup like on an old Marauder (for positions 2, 3, and 4)...
...or maybe add a middle position pickup(super-distortion ala Pete Townsend maybe?) on a separate volume or blend pot...
